Laura Musall, REALTOR An agent who knows the territory. Laura and her husband Mike made Hamilton County their home in 1989, when development was in the early stages on Morse Lake in Noblesville, and Fishers had just a few thousand people and one high school, and the idea of Clay Terrace had not been conceived. Lots of changes in Hamilton County and the metro Indianapolis area. Exciting changes, many of which Laura has been involved, including promoting Fall Creek Place in Indianapolis, writing about up-and-coming neighborhoods for Indianapolis Monthly magazine, and helping families make moves in and around the metro Indianapolis area.
An agent of common sense. Whether you're buying a home for $75,000, or selling more for more than a million, you can count on Laura to be with you every step of the process, including helping you understand the technical terms associated with real estate and mortgages, she'll give you honest feedback and recommendations (even if it's not always what you want to hear), but most of all, Laura is going to help you make home buying and selling as stressfree (and sometimes even fun) as possible.

An agent of change. When people make the decision to buy a home or sell a home, chances are good there's been some life change occurring. A marriage. The birth of a child. An empty nest. A divorce. Relocation. Retirement. Whatever the circumstance, Laura brings nearly two decades of experience working with people, communicating with them, and helping them meet their goals. That may mean buying a first home, moving across county or staging a house, so it sells faster for more money.
